Our deed report service provides the current deed and vesting information on the subject property

Current Owner Search

The report provided includes deed information, vesting, outstanding mortgages, judgments and liens from the date the current owner took ownership until the effective date of the search.

Chain of Title Search

The chain of title search of the subject property includes the items above in the current owner search for a prescribed the period of time requested by the client.

Recording Services

Mortgage Lenders Service Connection offers recording-only services on a national basis. The lender can choose between drop-off service or mail-in service. MLSC will provide tracking and follow-up services on each mortgage.

Bring Down and Record

Mortgage Lenders Service Connection offers a bring down and record service on loans where MLSC has done a current owner search. It includes the above and a search of county records from the effective date of the current owner search to the effective date at recording. MLSC will report any intervening liens that effect the mortgage position of the client's mortgage.
