Mortgage Lenders Service Connection is proud to offer a product for the Second Mortgage Loan Industry. This product allows the lender to close a loan based upon a pre-approved FICO threshold. The loan will be insured up to 250,000 on our standard program, loan amounts up to 500,000 available on a upgraded policy. This product is insured by a national underwriter.

Please note that all insurance underwriters require the mortgage to be recorded in a timely manor. Mortgage Lenders Service Connection offers a record-only product that would complement the requirements of this product.
