In Home Notary Signings

Mortgage Lenders Service Connection has a nationwide network of notaries that will witness and notarize loan documents in your borrower's home or office. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Mortgage Lenders Service Connection will retrieve tracking information and will send a follow-up package back to the lender.

Attorney Signings

Mortgage Lenders Service Connection has a network of attorneys that will witness loan documents. This service is in the attorney's office during normal business hours. MLSC will handle special requests for signing appointments outside of the normal business hours. Available in states where attorney closings are not required.

Please note that electronic delivery is available in most cases. If the client will send the documents to Mortgage Lenders Service Connection, we will ensure electronic delivery or, if it is not available in that area, we will overnight the documents to either the notary or the attorney as applicable.
